This expedition will take place in the northern mountains of CITY TWENTY FOUR.
The conditions of this region are certain, and will present challenges in their own right.
COLD WEATHER
The weather Phenomenon surrounding the mountains bring a chill to the air that leaves you wanting to jump into a furnace.. Packing warm is essential to your own survival, as well as those around you.
DIFFICULT/HAZARDOUS TERRAIN
The paths leading to this outpost are dangerous on their own, before you consider the rocky slope covered in snow and the wind speed.. The wildlife of the outlands won't take kindly to your presence, should you alert them.

Due to the nature of this expedition and its inherent dangers, the threat level is severe.
PK'S ARE EXPECTED, AND CAN HAPPEN.
The expectation of capability is high. Those without proper supplies or preparations should abandon all hope.
This expedition will be utilizing a TWO STRIKE system for PK's. You may only go into bleedout twice!
A third bleedout, or outright dying beyond it, is considered DEAD and will result in a PK.
Retreat, or even surrender, are entirely viable options, should all else fail?
