The problem of people trying to win instead of making good roleplay still exists unfortunately.

People in senior positions in the Combine side of the server need to understand that they can auto win very easily by setting up some laws and conditions, but that it's bad for roleplay. You have to let things play out, especially on characters that are whitelisted with power for a reason.

Player-ran story arc. As DeNuke said, it crashed as soon as the player behind it went inactive-- as it is run by a player within the community with staff only supporting it by using their powers to organize events and help push the narrative. You'll see the continuation of Futurism through the Auspicius Preamble event. Pay attention, loser.

You can only get PK'd/Warned for this or that so many times before you just become demotivated and stop.

I'm glad it seemingly picked up things like the GNC, because I do believe political RP (lol dystopia) has a great deal of potential for RP.

The second it becomes a hard OOC struggle to do anything, I'd rather not.

I don't care if there's opposition IC, but when the same admin that orders my PK is handing me (plural) warnings for things like a description and the character he killed, I just don't have the willpower.
