Bug Revolver 'Popper' keeps reloading with full magazine

1. Bug: Everytime you press R on the Popper with full loaded cylinders and reserve mags, it constantly reloads including holding R to draw out your weapon.
2. Description: Basically have a full loaded magazine and minimal of one reserve mag in your inventory. Everytime you press R, it reloads when not needed to be. This goes the same for trying to draw and lower your revolver. With a full inventory, the reloaded mag gets dropped onto the floor. This isn't an issue if you DO NOT have a reserve mag in your inventory.
3. Errors/time: Chat: > Ellen White raises their weapon and aims down the sights.> *Gun reloads* , Ellen White lowers their weapon. *Gun reloads*

Unequipping a gun and re-equipping it gives you a full magazine of ammo.

Every gun does this. This is what the magazine does, you can reload even if you are full as its swapping mags
