The cold and empty forests of Siberia, where no soul ever visits. Where there is nothing but snow and trees. Where the coldness is your only companion. This coldness, Siberian coldness..

This emptiness so desperate and harsh. This feeling that invades the heart. Those tundras of Sibir, cold, dead, apathetic to all the pain that goes around. Isolated, still, never ending snow desert covered by trees. This coldness, Siberian coldness.

This pain that one feels when they are rejected, time and time again. This pain when no place feels like home. This pain when all the souls around feel alien. This coldness. Siberian coldness.

The soul becomes frozen, dead, apathetic. The face looks like a battlefield from the great war, without movement, only a testament of the pain that was endured. The body shambling along, the mind blank, as if a machine left running in a frozen world. This coldness. Siberian coldness.

And still, despite it all, the tundra of Sibir lives, it survives. Those brave enough venture out seeking something that is not meant to be found. Fires, tiny flames of hope, of the spirit that survives. Despite it all, despite the cold. This coldness, Siberian coldness.

There is warmth in the coldness. There is hope in hopelessness. There is love in apathy. There is a flame burning in the cold, snowy deserts, in this coldness. Siberian coldness.

And yet, despite it all, despite the fear. I live. They live. He lives.

Despite it all. Despite the pain and the fear, it was not for nothing.

I love them, and they are safe.

There was always hope, despite my hopelessness. There always was love, despite my apathy.

There was always warmth, hidden behind my coldness. There always was care, masked by indifference.

I always loved you all, I just never knew how to show it.

"Heimat"
In a land far away there is a place, so beautiful and so close to my heart.
There lies my Heimat.
Green as a forest and sweet as a candy. A place you could never truly chart.
Lively as a beehive, so peaceful is our Heimat.
Green, gold and brown, each autumn turns into a piece of art.

The parks and the alleyways, the schools and the restaurants. The many thousand houses.
Each beaming with life. People like ants crawling everywhere. Gears turning in a perfectly made machine.
And yet you are so far, far away. The heart aches and the mind is downed in sadness it causes.
Heimat and Hertz. As if two lovers separated by life, dreaming to be reunited, so too I ache for you. To once again feel like a teen.

Oh, to feel the cold yet gentle air while on a walk.
To see the sun rise from the window of my flat while the kids play with chalk.
To drink a morning cup of coffee while the birds sing.
To that distant dream I cling.

One day we shall be together again.
One day we shall dance, together.
One day I will feel the autumn rain.
One day we shall enjoy the sunrise, together.

"Frankreich"
So tired, head spins, no light, no food. Whole body aches. Eyes hurt.
Faster, faster, faster! Let it spiral, let it burn!
Days turn into hours. Hours turn into weeks. Time, nothing more than an illusion.
Now, quickly, soon, yes, quicker. Faster, faster, faster!
Lost track of my own thoughts, keep forgetting. So hungry.
Everything faster, everything quicker. Faster, faster, faster!
Tired, so tired. When was the last time we slept? I can’t remember.
Faster, faster, faster! Let the dusk come! Let the fire be bright!
Is it tomorrow, or maybe today? I can’t focus. Who was I? I forgot to remember.
Faster, faster, faster! Let there be nothing left, the dead cannot sin. Sin, god, fatherland!
What are we thinking about? We? Can’t tell anymore. Are these still our own thoughts? Our?
Faster, faster, faster! Let the macabre begin, let it all burn!

Rooster
Brave, elegant, stubborn. With a fire within his heart. Admirable.

Hate
Love you as if my own blood. Feel empty without you. And yet I pity you at times, too much pain for one person to bear.

Setting Sun
Vision of unity. A symbol. Destroyed for nothing.

Sad Dog
Helpful, hurtful. Duality and simplicity. Complex yet so unassuming.

Old Man
Reliable, compassionate. Always helpful. Always working. Troubled by demons.

Burned Knight
Fear inducing. At times I feel afraid you will strike me down. Clearly in pain, deep down a noble person.

I read Railroad Lesbian instead of Railroad Liason. That's all I'm going to say.
