Ronald respects the Civil protection, as of yet he has never had any issues with any member of them, and is almost always treated well by them, he respects the authority they command and occasionally has interactions with them to which he doesn't fully understand (disgust towards his eating habits, fear of his size, sarcasm.) (UPDATE) After repeated abuse and beatings from Civil protection he is starting to dislike them more and more.
OVERWATCH TRANS-HUMAN ARM:
For reasons unknown to even himself fully, he admires the delegates of the OTA, perhaps he views them like himself, generally large, strong men (or women who knows) and admires this, though he is generally scared of them, he often finds himself staring in awe at them as they rush to their objectives or stand watch on the sky-bridge of city 24.
CWU:
Quite an obvious one considering his employment, Ronald enjoys his job (for the most part) he loves being worked, so having his abilities tested in various ways and having an outlet for his considerable strength gives him cause to love them, he also likes everyone he works with and for, and has no reasons not to like any one of them, his recent admittance into Infestation Control is a tough one, he massively enjoys the stress and difficulties of his role, however it is taking its toll on his emotions, perhaps it has forced him to step out of the childish mentality he's been trapped in for so long... Who knows.

Ronald typically likes people, perhaps a little too much for his own good, he is easily trusting and due to his under-developed social abilities often finds himself making friends with all types of people, most folk find him at least entertaining and enjoy his foolish commentary on things, a ray of sunshine in the depressing dystopia that is life on earth...... (UPDATE) Due to repeated exposure to rude, irritating and argumentative people, Ronald has begun to display a strong disliking to ordinary people whom once he always got along with, perhaps the stress of his job is finally getting to him, he's lost his usual chipper mood and often is seen with a scowl on his face, particularly when operating work shifts with labourers he doesn't know, and often struggles to hide his frustrations.
VORTIGAUNTS:
Has no particular feelings on vortigaunts, treats them like anyone else, however finds their usage of large complicated words confusing and often doesn't understand them, is remorseful of a recent work-shift he oversaw during which he was tasked to skin dead vortigaunts, still haunts him to this day.
SLUM DWELLERS:
Ronald absolutely despises slum dwellers, mostly because his only introduction to them was a mugging, in which he was attacked and had his CID stolen within hours of arriving into City 24, still holds the grudge to this day, possibly the only people who may cause hostile reactions from Ronald, unless in the future he's convinced otherwise.

Though he's had no dealings with any members of any Resistance (that he knows of) he holds a disliking towards them due to Combine propaganda, and has spent a large portion of his life in [REDACTED] being brainwashed into disliking them. (UPDATE) Due to his recent shifts in alignment Ronald has begun questioning just how bad the Resistance really is... (UPDATE) Due to his previously mentioned dealings, his view on the resistance have once again shifted.

Ronald holds no particular feelings towards them, in his tiny mind they exist, they feed him, but at the same time they scare him somewhat. Doesn't care much for politics and such, likes their fancy suits though. (UPDATE) After a run in with the CCA IMS member following a recent incursion and subsequent failing of his task Ronald received a beating and lots of abuse as a result of this, so his views on the CCA have shifted as a result of her actions
