has demonstrated his leadership qualities and public speaking skills in City 13. Where he wasn't immediately selected for an administrative position, and instead, joined the Ministry of Civil Protection at the age of twenty-three, where his talent for public speaking secured him a role within the Campaign for Obedience. For three years now, Alexander has hosted speeches and lectures in City 13 under the guidance of the local administration. But now, his life will take a change, being transported to City 8 to assist head official Fyodor Obolensky in his hard work ahead.
Opinions on the folk of City-8.

Fyodor Obolensky - I don't know what it is with you. When I was sent here I was told I was going to be under a good man. But you're nothing but a crooked politician. I'll play your game, I'll be your puppet. But if they come knocking, I'm giving you up. You forced me to do this.
Tahn'Bii'Kyrn'Auth - I haven't seen much of you lately. My perspective has shifted, and so have my feelings. I hope you're doing well.
Emiyo Marcum - I’ve done everything within my power, and I will continue to do so. But beyond this point, much is out of my control. I care deeply for you and Michael, but please, don't give me a reason to regret standing up for you.
Noah Majors - Noah, your rude behaviour toward me says a lot about who you are. I am your superior, and you need to remember that. Being a tier-four loyalist doesn't give you the right to talk down to me. You need to show more respect.
Chloè Lepelletier - After listening to your words, I can't fathom why you slammed the door in my face. Given our many mutual friends, it seems unnecessary. Next time we speak, I'll make an effort to reconcile. However, if your attitude remains problematic, I'll have no choice but to use my influence to have you relocated.
Mallory Bloke - Stories of your exploits reached City Thirteen, and it's no wonder. I've heard firsthand accounts of your achievements, and they truly are miraculous. It's a damn shame how your life ended—I would have loved to meet you in person. You are a hero to us.
Mercia Jago - I have little opinion of Mercia; she took my shop from me for just fifty credits, but then again, who wouldn't take that deal? She's a bit of a lunatic, from what I overheard—a believer in spirits and tarot cards. She should be careful who she tells about that sort of thing; it could have her relocated off-world.
Samuel Lacrose - I don't hold you responsible for your shortcomings. The research division is being run into the ground by Maesroe. However, you must elevate your efforts and complete the production of my new leg, as I am growing weary of being referred to as a cripple.
