Rotating faction leads

We should make it so faction leads get changed the moment they die ingame.

Some faction leads have a big mouth. Specially the CWU lead.



My kills aren't related to this post if this gets accepted.

Faction leads aren't changed out when their character dies in order to ensure server stability, that is all.

If they did constantly get replaced every time their character died, the server would inevitably fall into disarray. As harsh as may be, some factions simply don't have enough capable or motivated people able to replace their current lead(s).
