rotating items in inventory

Pretty self-explanatory It would be useful and easy if you could rotate certain items in your inventory that take more than 1 slot of space instead of having to stress out dropping items to be able to compensate for that fact, and it would benefit all factions in the end and provide a simple quality of life update.

yeah! i asked for this back when helix first came out on nebulous.cloud, and the main dev said it'd require making second versions of all scripts to rotate them
