What do you want authorization for?: Flags to understand the russian language
Character(s) you're requesting authorization for: Ivan Tendenski
How beneficial to your own RP and the servers is your authorization?: I believe it is beneficial considering there isn't many eastern characters with the cyrillic languagees. For certa8n scenarios I understand the lamguage ooc and theoretically ICly because it is familiar.
Pros of your authorization: Understanding russian speakers. As for speaking that is also possible but will be roleplayed as if harder. (Very true irl for Bulgarians)
Cons of your authorization: None. The only con is the fact that he cannot speak it well enough to be fully understandable.
Write an explanation of how your character obtains this authorization: He is born in the soviet era, Bulgaria at those times was heavily influenced and russian was the second most spoken language in the country at those timea. Tendenski theoretically has learned it in school. (Bulgaria was even being considered to be integrated into the soviet union somewhere after the 70's). It would be natural for him to understand it but not being able to speak it at a good level. (Similar to Spanish/Italian)
