Fixed S2K healing items do not heal until S2K ends

During a S2K fight, healing items from yourself or other people will not heal you, they freeze and dont apply till the S2K match ends as seen inthe video below.
Painkillers, bandages, biogel no mather the item it will not heal you until S2K ends and this can get epople Pkd for their Hp being stuck at 5 after using all their healing items wich would not be fun at all.

I dunno, but it would be nice to heal in cover during S2K I think. Again Idk, could be for balance reasons.

I Mean if it is. It makes no sense, I mean yeha you should not get shot and hide behind a wall to heal but that has already been fixed they made so Tha the healing items don't heal instantly and instead heal over time.
That problem is already out of the question itself, but now you should be able to heal when you are in a corner safe and fully able to stuff your wounds with some bandage and stab your arm with a quick adrenaline to keep going a bit more.

An ally can heal you in s2k, however, you can't heal yourself

I would also like to note that during TBC S2K melee weapons do not work at all. They don't do damage.
