Hello Staff Team,
I hope you all are doing well. I'm writing this because I’d like to respectfully ask if my ban could be reconsidered. It’s been about two years now, and in that time I’ve done a lot of thinking about the situation and how it played out.
I was banned for using an alt, which I now fully understand was against the rules. At the time, I wasn’t trying to troll and I did not hold any malicious intent with my actions. I just felt like I couldn’t be myself on my main anymore. I was feeling targeted by some people in the community, especially Neonity, and it made me incredibly uncomfortable to be on that account. From applications for whitelists to messages, treatment in v,c, and even some bias IC encounters. I didn’t feel good being there, and I just wanted a quiet way to enjoy roleplay without all the stress and judgment. Still, I know now that making an alt wasn’t the right way to deal with it, and I take full responsibility for that choice.
For what it’s worth, my main account, Salty, was never banned, as far as I remember and I had no history of causing issues on it. The alt was the mistake. I didn’t appeal the ban back then because I knew I had broken a rule, and I accepted the consequences.
That said, I truly do miss being a part of the community. The world-building, the elections, the creative systems, and especially the depth of the RP were things I genuinely enjoyed and cared about. They meant something to me, and I’ve realized how important that creative space was in my life. I’ve learned from what happened, and if given the opportunity to return, I’d come back on my main only, follow every rule closely, and just contribute positively and quietly. I’m not looking for attention, I just want to create again.
I’m also more than willing to accept any restrictions or terms you feel are appropriate if that makes a return possible. I understand that trust has to be earned.
