How many characters do you have?
1, Sam Warfoster is my only character
What do you want authorization for?:
A RP method of creating first aid kits (Pretty much a bootleg method to making a first aid kits without the large amount of materials required now) and sterilizing bandages (Turning dirty bandages into Normal bandages without the use of the alcohol craft)
Below are just EXAMPLES of how I mean by a bootleg style, Obviously they're in mind of not being super OP, and still having a course I must take, also this would be a GM process, as they watch me do this.
As a example, a craft for the First aid kit would look something like:
Tools: Scissors
2 bandages
8 recovery cloth
1 disinfectant
4 scrap metal
As a example, a craft for the bandage would look something like:
Tools: Cooking Pot
Stations: Oven/Rusty Oven
Dirty Bandage (any amount)
Water bottle (100% Purified) (For every 5 bandages)

How beneficial to your own RP and the servers is your authorization?:
Sam Warfoster is a character that regularly uses their medical supplies on those caught in danger, regularly entering dangerous zones, and defending people, while also rendering them aid, This auth will hopefully give Sam Warfoster a new method of creating basic first aid without the extensive requirements from pure alcohol, adhesive, and antiseptic. This will help me fill that niche while also providing other characters and players the disappointments from the lack of medical personnel, as well as lack of medical supplies. As a side note these supplies will not be sold, or given out, will be exclusively for this character
Pros of your authorization:
Another niche filled, A doctor isnt something people prefer to play, so I can imagine it being a hard thing to find
overall more medical RP, something that is lacking nowadays due to the lack of medical personnel, as well as people not understanding the medical system that well
Cons of your authorization:
More medical supplies, I can see a con being a big influx of medical supplies in the server, inflating the economy or possibly providing a unfair advantage to my character or others assuming my supplies get stripped from me
Write an explanation of how your character obtains this authorization:
Sam Warfoster was a Registered nurse and Paramedic before the fall of the world, She transferred to District 1 willingly in hopes of helping people, she saw the terrible state and lack of supplies, and invented new ways to treat wounds, using scrap as needles, boiling water to sterilize bandages, and using traditional methods to cure diseases, While she did not remain there for long, she spent enough time with her medical knowledge, and what she was provided with to ensure she could continue to help people, with her move to Terminal 6, She took up as a actual nurse and medic, going out of her way to save people from dangerous areas, with grave injuries, as well as using what she had to try her best.
