Denied scanners shouldnt fly indoors

Scanners fly indoors in hl2.

We are also forced to fly indoors because the skybox wont let you fly over the different zones of the map.

They should be able to fly indoors + Atle should perhaps open the dang Skybox so we can fly above as Scanners and Birds.

Map performance would tank. Any good mapper with brush intensive maps lowers the skybox and divides the layout into sections which render out when the player is not directly viewing it.
