(((The following event will take place in a ‘bureaucratic’ setting, meaning it will be very boring for those who like to shoot things. In this event, you will be able to represent one of the existing lore corporations, or, if you feel creative, an entirely new corporation that has been operating in the background of the lore {granted it needs to be suitable to the setting}. The event will almost entirely consist of a single building {think Dr. Strangelove}. The event will encompass insider-trading, intrigue, and moral ambiguity. Get creative in intention.

The characters created for this event cannot be transferred back to the main server without proper clearance, and authorization from the respective authorization-channels, unless of course, the applied character is already from main.

Clause: If a well-known corporation can ICly afford the 20,000 fee to get in, state so in the application. Local businesses can be subsidized to gain a spot, but expect adverse effects for taking this deal. The 20,000 cannot be used outside the event at all for any reasons, this is purely a roleplay tool to advance the event itself.

We reserve the right to pick and choose who will be accepted. Please direct any questions to me on my discord eight1248. )))

Born into wealth, Levi Weaver was raised to sell apparel. His father's great grandfather created a small family run clothing repair store that would persist and evolve to become a global apparel enterprise. When the aliens first showed up and made the news Levi Weaver was quoted as saying "Well, what are their measurements?"

As the new state of the world grew to be as we know it today, Weavecorp took its already internationally recognized brand intergalactic. If it's made out of fabric Weavecorp likely has a hand in it. Approximately 95% of the world's standardized blue Jumpsuits are manufactured and shipped from their textile mills.

From his office in City Fifty-Eight Levi Weaver has found the lack of potential growth due to and ever decreasing population vexing, but as news reaches him of an economic zone the suddenly jovial jumpsuit baron seems newly animated with purpose.

Is it time to revitalize the jumpsuit for all the world to see? Could the announcements that follow finally bring Weavecorp's profit potential back to the records it set through the last two decades? Or will their be a wrinkle in Levi's plans?

Number of hours between accidents at any one of his textile mills: 5

> REPRESENTATIVE LOYALTY STATUS: Tier - 2/Tier 3 [depending on sector]
> REPRESENTATIVE PROFILE (character summary):

Casey born in Spain at a young age remembered little from her childhood, only really remembering the clinic her family used to have her help out. However where she did start to make an impact was Terminal Seven, where she managed to open up a small bar, at first she struggled to keep up however over time she managed to have one of the most popular placed in the city, gaining her the recognition of many. She took up two more jobs, one at the Ministry Of Progress and one at the Ministry Of Enlightenment through which she rapidly rose up the loyalist tiers. Thanks to her regular broadcasts she finally managed to gain the first tier that granted her access to her new loyalist life.

Things would change however, once she arrived to city 24 she was forced into the political circle, at first a bit hesitant she didn't really have many things to say, however later once she realized that Orwell was not so infallible she allied with the Hyper Republicans making a stand against him. At this point her bar was at it's peak, raking up crazy profits while ensuring that her prices stayed low and her staff happy.

However things would soon change. Elections were held for a position that Casey was recommended to volunteer herself for, she decided "why not?" and registered herself, however later one of the candidates came to her with an offer she refused. This resulted in a drama that then resulted in her choice to leave the city to go to City 17 seeking a better life.

> REPRESENTATIVE FULL-NAME - Arzuna Kutbay
> REPRESENTATIVE LOYALTY STATUS:Privileged
> REPRESENTATIVE PROFILE (character summary)

Arzuna, born into the prestigious Kutbay Film dynasty, grew up surrounded by accomplished artists, writers, and actors. Kutbay Film, renowned in Turkey for its bold and unconventional productions, specialized in surreal, science fiction, and fantasy-oriented cinema first time in the nation. From an early age, Arzuna received rigorous training in writing, acting, and fine arts under the guidance of masters in their respective fields. Her upbringing included extensive travel across Europe, met prominent actors from Hollywood and other parts of Western Europe. She later completed her university studies in Istanbul, earning degrees in both in Finance and Conservatory arts.

Even after the rise of the Union Hegemony and the ensuing global upheaval, Kutbay Film continued its operations under a new name: Erginay. In Turkish, “ergin ay” translates to “new moon” or “enlightened moon,” symbolizing the cultural renaissance that accompanied the Union's ascendancy.

Arzuna served as co-owner of Erginay until 2019, actively contributing to screenwriting and directing for numerous productions. Many of these films achieved widespread popularity, particularly in Sector 10 and Sector 17, reaching broad audiences across the Combine cities. Erginay Union Movies collaborated closely with the Ministry of Enlightenment, dedicating a substantial portion of work to projects aligned with the ministry’s objectives of culture.

Today, Erginay stands as a dominant force in the European film market, with a large share of the continent’s cinematic exports. However, Arzuna’s tenure as studio head in 2019 was marked by controversy, as many critics condemned her for producing films that openly promoted the controversional policies of the 24 by some.

One of the few within City Thirty-Six to bear any kind of position-of-note prior to Administrator Kelvin's reforms: the playing of politics matters far less to Pasche than development, iterative success, and growth beyond measure. With the Legislative Assembly granting a path upwards, the necrotic and rebel hordes beaten back, and Overwatch demanding improvement? The time came for a more formal guiding body to co-opt and rebuild that which had been lost.

Teams for mapping lost warehouses, teams for cataloguing damage and required repairs, teams for defending those teams... it gave the populace purpose; direction. Skills. Ways to occupy their time that provoked pride moreso than despair, only-further allowing collaboration to flourish.

All at the behest of KSI AG and Schöpfer-Pasche in preparation for the redevelopment to come. After all, why settle for simply taking back what they'd previously borne? City Fifty-Eight needed agricultural machinery, City Fourteen wished to avoid the by-products of heavy industry's creation, and well, everybody knows how Industrial Twenty-Four's experiment had gone.

There would always be buyers for more traditional forms of machinery; it was Thirty-Six's (more specifically, Schöpfer-Pasche's) plan to meet them with Combine scale and German engineering.

He was almost kind of impressed with the audacity. The board member to his left looked a touch bashful at having brought it before him.
Are you fucking kidding me? Sector Ten!? Is this a fucking insult!?
Given the way everyone present looked to wish to shrivel up like a raisin, a pivot to agriculture would not be unheard of.
You present to me this stupid fucking idea, set up by- what, who was it?
He takes the sheet in hand once-again and runs his eyes over it.
City Twenty-Four, that god-damned backwater!? When was the last time there was even a single corporation there!? A single business that wasn't some pissant's recreation of magnacy!?
The flier, most-carefully printed by the Sechsunddreißigdruckerei, was mangled in to a ball and hucked across the table.

God-damn tea drinking-
He tossed himself backwards in to the chair, letting its weight comfort him.
Mrghh...
One hand to his temple, Pasche's moustache was the only true source of movement, obscuring the shifting of his jaw as thoughts whirled around.
Do we know the current guest list?
It is... looking to be primarily those in the Eurosectors- the Storm is causing some disruption, so it's unclear whether the Asia- or Amerisectors will send a delegation.
Right...
He sat upright.
Fuck it-
Decision seemingly made, he threw his hands up.
- send off the money-
With a turn over his shoulder to his PA, leaning forward slightly to ensure the request was heard, he wagged a finger in the Assistant's direction.
- get me a new suit from Götz, and arrange a meeting with Chester. This is going to be Thirty-Six's first proper presentation of Berliner Loyalism, so I'm going to see if we can get the fee paid for by the City.
A pivot back to the crowd; the four members of the Board. He slammed his hands down suddenly, ensuring their full attention.
And the rest of you...!
A lean forward simply to be dramatic.
Don't fuck things up while I'm gone. Decide amongst you who plans to lead that... 'Corporate Office' of theirs, or pick one of the factory managers, and I'll review it when I get back. Should you pick an idiot then by-god I will run it myself.

> CORPORATE IDENTIFICATION (enterprise Name): Waltmart
> REPRESENTATIVE POSITION: Chief Financial Officer
> REPRESENTATIVE FULL-NAME: David Goldberg
> REPRESENTATIVE LOYALTY STATUS: Collaborator
> REPRESENTATIVE PROFILE (character summary):

David Goldberg was born in Brooklyn in the late 1960s, the eldest son of Polish-Jewish immigrants who had come to America after the war. His father ran a modest deli on Flatbush Avenue, and his mother kept the books while raising David and his two younger sisters. The deli wasn’t just a business; it was the family’s lifeline and a hub for their neighborhood. David grew up behind the counter, watching his father negotiate with suppliers and greet regulars by name, lessons in both persistence and people skills that would stick with him. As a teenager, David was sharp and restless. He helped at the deli but dreamed of building something bigger. He earned a scholarship to study economics at Columbia Business School, becoming the first in his family to attend college. There, he discovered an interest in finance and investment, staying late in the library to study markets while also working side jobs to cover what the scholarship didn’t. After graduating, he landed an entry-level job at a small brokerage firm. The hours were brutal, but David never shied away from long shiftsafter all, he was used to the grind. In his early thirties, after saving what little he could and earning the trust of a few loyal clients, David struck out on his own. He started with a two room office in Manhattan, cold-calling potential investors during the day and handling paperwork late into the night. Over the years, his firm grew steadily. David developed a reputation for being cautious but consistent, preferring steady returns over flashy risks. His employees valued his loyalty, and clients trusted that he wouldn’t gamble with their money. Despite his success, David never drifted far from his roots. He still made time for Friday night dinners with his family, where tradition was just as important as business. He donated generously to community programs, especially those supporting immigrant families and small business owners who reminded him of his parents. When his father passed, David quietly paid to keep the old deli open, more as a tribute than an investment. Now in his fifties, David Goldberg is known as a steady hand in the business world. He carries himself with a mix of quiet confidence and humility. Goldberg is currently employed with the Waltmart Corporation as their Chief Financial Officer, working out of the corporate office in City 32, Rome. He accompanies the company Chief Executive Officer to the 21' Sector Economic Forum, representing the Waltmart Corporation.

TransCore Logistics – Company Dossier

Corporate Identification
Enterprise Name: TransCore Logistics
Enterprise Sector: Logistics & Supply Chain
Legal Classification: Ltd.
Publicly-Traded Ticker Symbol: TCLX

Representative Information
Full Name: Karim Al-Mansur
Loyalty Status: Privileged Class
Profile:
Karim Al-Mansur was born in the Iraq, in a city where trade was as old as the desert winds. His childhood was not defined by luxury, but by the constant presence of merchants, ships, and caravans. From a young age, Karim witnessed both the resilience and fragility of trade networks that had tied together markets, cultures, and families for centuries.

When the Combine invasion shattered these systems, Karim stood at a crossroads. Many around him resisted and were crushed; others clung to the past and vanished into irrelevance. Karim, however, chose survival and adaptation. He understood that order—however alien or oppressive—was better than chaos. His pragmatism and sharp instincts drew the attention of Union administrators, and in time he rose to become part of the Privileged Class.

Today, Karim is known as a man of iron focus, yet not without a human core. Those who work under him describe a leader who expects discipline but also values loyalty. He is capable of stern silence that chills a room, but also of telling stories of his homeland, its deserts and marketplaces, as if remembering a world that no longer exists. This duality makes him both feared and oddly respected.

Company History
TransCore Logistics did not appear overnight. Karim began with remnants—abandoned warehouses, fractured port systems, rail lines scarred by conflict. Piece by piece, with the Combine’s blessing, he rebuilt them. His vision was not only to restore function but to weave them into a single bloodstream for the Union’s cities.

Headquartered in City Twelve, TransCore grew rapidly. Citizens saw its convoys as a strange paradox: intimidating lines of vehicles escorted by Civil Protection, yet simultaneously reassuring because their arrival meant full shelves, medicine in clinics, and fuel in factories. Karim’s company became a lifeline, one that people depended on even if they feared it.

Vision
Karim believes in survival through structure. His vision for TransCore Logistics is not merely efficiency, but continuity—the certainty that no matter how harsh the world becomes, life will flow through the veins of the Union as long as TransCore endures. He often describes his company as “a heart that must never stop beating.”

Mission
TransCore’s mission is to protect the stability of the Union by moving what people need most: food, medicine, raw materials, and technology. Karim insists that every shipment is a matter of life and death, that every lost crate is not just cargo but survival denied to someone. To him, logistics is not abstract—it is the lifeline that allows people to wake up another day.

Name Origin
Karim personally chose the name “TransCore.” “Trans” for the endless crossing of distances; “Core” for the heart of survival itself. The symbolism reflects both his heritage as the son of traders and his loyalty to the new order. In Union propaganda, TransCore is shown as the vital organ of Combine civilization. To Karim, however, it is also a reminder of his family’s legacy: trade as the pulse of humanity.

Statistics and Trivia
– Over 120 convoys depart City Twelve daily, each under strict schedules signed by Karim himself.
– Almost 70% of intercity shipments bear the TransCore emblem.
– Officially, no major convoy losses have been reported in three years. Karim publicly calls this “our unbroken promise.”
– Workers sometimes repeat one of his sayings: “A man without bread will curse the world, but a man with bread will build it.”

Bureaucratic Connections
– Civil Workers Union (CWU): Manages ration and goods distribution.
– Civil Medical Union (CMU): Oversees the transportation of medicine and equipment.
– Ministry of Progress: Supervises industrial shipments.
– Civil Protection / CCA: Provides armed escorts and ensures security.

“TransCore Logistics – The Veins of the Union.”

Headquartered in the Daitoshi Sector of City Eight in the office compound of one of Tokyo's few remaining skyscrapers, Tenzhen Industries first emerged onto the commercial and political scene in the wake of City Fifty-One's coming collapse and subsequent acquisition as a state-owned enterprise by City Eight.

Founded in 2004 by Guo Xiuying as a Chinese-owned enterprise specializing in light manufacturing, the company has, since its acquisition by City Eight, diversified its markets and emerged as a commercial juggernaut in its sector, thanks to the continued support of City Eight and its aid as it developed into neighbouring sectors and administrations.

Expanding westwards overseas, the Futurist-led embargoes by City Thirty-Two, City Fifty-Nine, and City Fifty, who rejected foreign trade based on autarky, would initially limit Tenzhen Industries' access to Europe. The collapse of the Futurist Bloc between 2016 and 2017, and the end of their embargoes, however, coupled with City Twenty-Four's emergence from isolationism, provided ample opportunity for Tenzhen Industries to penetrate European markets for the first time and expand its influence, marking Tenzhen Industries' first commercial success in Europe and leading to the establishment of its permanent European branch, Tenzhen Industries Europe, headed by Takahashi Nobu and Zhou Zhemin.

With the formation of its European branch, headquartered in City Twenty-Four, Tenzhen Industries would achieve enormous gains, surpassing regional competitors such as O'Hairs International and Farmouth Industries, respectively, and Kaji Industries globally, the latter of which it would go on to merge with in 2019, and creating world-worthy products like Bank Soda™. Despite this, Tenzhen Industries would perform poorly in 2019 and throughout 2020, witnessing diminishing returns and market fatigue as regional instability crippled demand.

As of today, Tenzhen Industries is renowned for its globally-acclaimed Bank Soda drinks, brand marketability, and merchandise, as well as products like Goodfella Cigars, fluorescent lighting, and other innovative offerings. Although its profitability and influence have since declined—paralleling Europe's instability—its presence remains widely discussed by market residents and its consumers. Furthermore, with the reappointment of Zhou Zhemin as head of its European offices and the opening of the Special Economic Region in Lyon, Tenzhen Industries is looking to make a larger return in some capacity to positive returns in 2021.

Globally, Tenzhen Industries ranks from 4th to 5th largest in terms of sales, profits, and operational scale. It is eclipsed distantly by Willard Industries in terms of market share and operational scale. Its European branch, Tenzhen Industries Europe, is comparable to all of Farmouth Industries.

> REPRESENTATIVE FULL-NAME: Alan Vankyan
> REPRESENTATIVE LOYALTY STATUS: Privileged
> REPRESENTATIVE PROFILE (character summary):

Alan 'Al' Vankyan was born to the Sci-Fi novelist Michael Vankyan, and his wife Eloise Vankyan in the year 1963. Due to his father's moderately successful book series "Eyes of Gtha'anfiir", Alan was able to slot himself into acting at an early age, marking the start of a long a fruitful career of acting, even attending Julliard. However, at the age of thirty-five, a revelation dawned upon Al; why not both write and act? For years acting never truly filled his soul with passion... and his father's books always served as an inspiration for his creative side... it only made sense for the man to write for the movies he acts in. Dead set on this, Al Vankyan became a renowned film writer, having credits in such films as "Face/Off", and his most notable dual acting and writing role being his leading role in the film "Can A Man Bum A Cig?", a weird mixture of action, comedy, and horror that ironically enough bombed at the Box Office. Still, this hasn't stopped Al from still trying to write in act in movies. Even after the horrific events of the Seven Hour War, Al only saw this as an opportunity to succeed in this new world. He immediately put together a movie about Breen's negotiations with the the Benefactors. This movie was lauded, being spread around the circles of early loyalists, and even reaching the man himself. Because of this, he was immediately hired into the newly-founded Erginay - Union Movies film company. His first picture with them being about a lone soldier in the Seven Hour War, making the necessary sacrifice to save his people- betraying his military unit and joining the Combine via sabotaging the military networks. The movie was a hit, yet again, earning Al a rather permanent spot on the board.
