Implemented /Setname Command

Envision the following scenario, many people are having conversations around you and introduce themselves to one another yet you was just out of F3 range or they simply decided not to F3. If I am a good eavesdropper I should be rewarded with the ability to tag someone with their name without them having to F3. Additionally, this can be used in conjunction with Fake Name to have people set their own fake name as "Tom" for instance but their last name remains unknown.

It is the same system but done on the listener's end and therefore people should be mindful about gaining rapid publicity lest someone is listening in. Keep in mind this is a conscious act where you must go out of your way to tag someone, if people don't care to know someone else's name then it's business as usual but for people, like me who enjoy keeping information me setting someone's name is similar to consciously thinking "I will remember this person." and solidifying it in your memory.

I think a more practical solution would be to hover your crosshair over someone, press f3, and you can manually type in a name by which you recognize them. I've had this sort of plugin on other servers; don't think it'd be too hard to make, but the developers should be prioritizing other things.

I do think that being able to set a "assumed" name is actually a really good idea. At least until someone decides to F3 you with their real name.

It really comes down to if the devs are able to actually do it or not.....
