Shops in City 17

I mean in City 17 there is only always Russel Shop and sometimes Elias Laundry Open....but all the other Shops are closed..why is that and can we do something against it?

No DOB, I tried opening a business from day 1 it's impossible to get in-contact with them. Idk how tf this is supposed to work. I wanted the laundromat

ICly, I think the DOB Directorate was marked for execution during the CCA Coup. You'd basically have to get a shop OOCly, because they may or not be dead.

Sorry. We don't do shops here. Pure HL2 rp experience. You get your food, drinks, and clothing from the Combine directly. Everyone must wear blue suits now. Don't have one, contact your local Civil Protection. No more fancy food, you all will now eat paste.

shops are purely a player initiative thing

also from my experience, shops are one major source of money for rebels and when you got 99% of rebels doing jack-shit, then there's no need for shops to keep the money coming
