Implemented Show equipped weapons visually

Simple and should be already a thing in my opinion. When someone equips a gun it should be visible upon their character model.

Ex: SMG being slung to the back when not in use. Pistol on the hip. Stunbaton on the other hip. Et cetera, you get the idea.

This has already been suggested, accepted, and devs are working on implementing it (allegedly). There's already a weapon holsters addon in the server, last I checked. It just hasn't been made to work with our guns yet

Ah, yes.. This one ended up on the backburner. We'll get to it though, we do have the weapon holster addon but it requires a bit of monkey work first.
