Bug: Skill levels keep randomly changing/losing Description: Seemingly at random I will have my skill levels drastically drop and not go up. For example I've had a consistent 12-13 cooking skill, earlier today it dropped to 8 before being reset to 11 by staff. I leveled it up to 12, only to rejoin an hour later and have it drop down to 11 again. I also lost a point in speed and about 3-4 ranks in guns. I can't seem to replicate it as it's random, but it might have something to do with flagging onto other characters like citizens or OTA and then flagging onto my Civil Protection character.
Errors/time: There is no current notifications about this. I experienced the issue today, around 3:05PM AEST for log purposes. Earlier in the day I had staff reset it, but it occurred again.

Pre-image. Leveled up cooking to 12 after having admins reset it.
An hour later, I lost a rank in speed and a rank in cooking. (I technically had 26 shooting, and it was dropped down afterwards)
This seems to be a reoccuring issue through and through. The staff team has received numerous reports related to skills going missing without any reason as to why. Some of these instances may or not be related to the act of unloading your character and returning to the main menu or switching to another character. This is not confirmed as this was just a theory.
I have seen a documented instance of skill levels and attributes being reset entirely, though this happened once to my knowledge.
However, skills may level down in certain cases due to boosts expiring and/or your character not eating and drinking enough.
In the end, lets hope this bug remains uncommon, as it may heavily impede an individuals progress, especially if they have nothing to back their claims.
This might be the case of boosts expiring as Neonity said, but without a clear way to reproduce the issue, I'm not sure what I can do at this stage. I'll document the bug and add it to our to-do list, but I cannot promise an immediate fix.

Both times it happened without me using any boosts. I never had to eat anything to obtain the bagel cooking. Then somehow it dropped to 8 today, before staff fixing it at 11..and then it reseting to 11 after I leveled up to 12.
Had to deal with someone who dropped to Guns 15 or so when they had Guns 20 on a CP character and when I refund skilled them they had no deaths on record, and they had no boosts at the time.
So yeah this is an issue, I just don't know how it keeps happening. Could be a mixture of server restarts, etc.
This also seems to happen to props as well; we perma certain props and they just disappear the next day, etc. but thats a separate issue; just that it might have the same core root issue.
Ignoring boosts and deaths then... what about eating and drinking? Is your char hurt? Hungry? Thirsty?
Since I can't seem to reproduce this issue and all skills are working fine for me. Also asked some guys I know play the server quite a bit and they have no issues with random disappearances thus far.

I know the bug I figured it out. If you go to the character screen via tab and unload your character and return to your main menu you will loose multiple levels. I lost several levels because of it. Loading it again you loose levels but you didn't die. Seems like unloading/Loading your character makes you loose levels.
May also happen during a charswap. I only repplicated Unload/load lossing 3 skill levels on crafting and dropping from 35/120 to 21/120.
I have been having this problem for a while now, my crafting skill has remained stagnant because of it, every time I level up it ends up going down to what it was previously at, I have made sure that I am not suffering any debuffs, thirst or hunger.
