Small change for the audiobooks

Alright, hear me out. Make the audiobooks not vanish once they get used, so that we can share or re-sell them. I don't see anything bad happening if this gets implemented, I actually believe it'll be good to raise relationships between players or just simply help out civvies make a few creds.

No Clue what this is all about cause i never saw a audiobook ingame so maybe we should have a fix

Audiobooks being one-use is intentional. If they could be shared, people would be able to simply give them to others, and stores selling them would go out of business.
