Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Despite boolie saying it was a rule 0 Me reporting someone who got into Civil Protection icly, And decided to go around beating people without /me's and inciting a riot with 0 punishment dealt to them and me reporting it/calling them out, Should not result in a ban, Boolie often likes to bring up the bogus statement to pad out his ban reasoning and frankly, I'm getting really really tired of having to write ban appeals this month, First it was the faulty alt checker, Now it's this, This needs to stop being a thing. There was 0 reason. I'm not causing drama by calling someone out for acting unprofessional icly, Had it been my i4 attacking a cca member and battering republicans I would've been either re-educated or demoted, And yet he received none despite contributing largely to the 404 that occurred, Given Casto had been riling the crowd up with the stuff about O'Hair that also obviously contributed. And before it's brought up ((Again)) The stuff with me "Communicating" with "Known" Alt's of players is an absolute flat out garbage lie used by boolie to try and pad out ban reasonings. If you're to bring up the incident with goose, Which was a very clear case of Metagame, Then what am I supposed to do? Get my characters killed by people exercising ooc vendetta's against me and not report it? I think not. I might add Aswell at NO point did I loophole rules whatsoever?

You have been rule 0 banned because I told you the next time I had to deal with drama related to or started by you directly or indirectly, you would be permanently removed from the server. You ended up causing drama alongside Merlin that was unneeded and hence were given a rule 0 ban.

Here is a list of your offences throughout the ages:

- Constantly causing drama OOC.
- Taking IC into OOC when things don't go your way.
- Skewing things in a way that isn't outright lying but is definitely painting yourself in a better light (painting people who killed ur rebel as a group of minges when you pointed a gun at them first and hence they killed you for threatening them).
- Harassing staff in tickets.
- Asspulling props for bases (bunker, CP incidents).
- Creepy borderline ERP-type behavior with almost every femchar you meet (and im pretty sure you actually ERPed with at least one of them, just off server [steam] aka Tapout who turned out to be Dr Pepper).
- Playing throwaways / similar characters (every single one of your characters is crazy, gun nut, there to flirt with people or cause shit in general and thats all and when you get PK'd you just restart the cycle).
- Metagaming (bunker incident when you tried to /roll your way into knowing about the bunker and then spammed rolls over and over when you failed the first roll).
- Associating constantly with drama causing or permabanned players (Joku, Bluerrey, Dr Pepper / Tapout); every single time we perma ban one of these you seem to always get drawn to these people and cause more drama with their help.

In fact, this is just what I remember off the top of my head of staff dealing with you and my personal dealings with you. Its got to a point where staff are starting to not want to answer your tickets as they are always a headache.

At this point, the decision for me is simple. We are all volunteers and here to have a fun time while ensuring other players are having a fun time. When one person is enough of a nuisance to the point that no one wants to deal with them; its no longer an "us" problem; but a "YOU" problem.

Thus, I applied a permanent Rule 0 ban.

You basically have to prove you are a net benefit, and not a net loss to the community at large.

Litterally all bullshit reasons, You keep assuming I erped with people beacuse of idiots meming I'm sure, For the five hundredth time, The bunker wasn't intentional, I don't play throwaways thanks. All the things you've listed as I've stated before are you padding out a ban that had 0 substaince.

You need to realize, That I had 0 fucking clue who bluerrey was and it's not my fault. Dr pepper is infamous for using alts, It's not my fault to inspect everyone I'm in a fucking group with Boolie.

"Ass pulling props" You mean decorating the bunker which happened nearly 4 months ago? Or me getting ic authorization to construct an outpost in PCS-3? And you showing up 5 minutes into me being harassed by a minge while building and deleting my work?

OK well nothing you are saying shows your a positive influence on the community.

And I spoke to the other CM's and they agreed for me to essentially have final say on this, all things considered.
