The reason you were banned?: Harrassment and Meta regarding CMU
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
First of all, i would like to say i am not aware of the exact reasons why i was banned, i contacted the CMU director and will reply according to what she told me.
- My CMU character, Betty Humpter, had many IC reasons to want to go rogue or want to replace the clinic director. I do not understand why she is claiming heavy OOC involvement or meta on my part. My character has been working at the clinic since the previous director, Angela, employed her. Her and Maura Azure, the current director are both unpopular with the civil workers union upper management, whom Betty happened to speak with IC after overhearing their concerns regarding the clinic on the street. Betty also was not pleased that she waited 2 months for a small promotion while her colleague, Maura, who joined the clinic after herself, was selected to be the director. Betty observed the director, who is IC a young adult, carrying plushies in her bag and a guitar on her back, looking and often acting unprofessional. Betty has not seen the director make any moves to improve the clinic, apart from conducting some interviews. Betty approached the director and Marcum several times regarding the issues at the clinic, Marcum, the dean of medicine herself stated that she does not care how the director runs the clinic. Needless to say, Betty became jealous and vindictive, feeling better suited for the position of director due to her age (middle-aged IC) and having a M.D to her name, specializing in psychiatry, and a huge ego. Due to this, she wrote a petition, on advice of CWU, to A. Remove the director from her position, or B. Have CCA appoint managers and stricter protocol etcetera, CWU tops signed it as well as some of the CMU, and i screenshotted their signatures. It is true, i spoke to Taliazure about a loophole in the handbook, however that was simply to bring up the point of fixing the handbook and making it more detailed/finding out what is allowed and what isn't. I spoke to Taliazure regarding the clinic OOC on discord, offering to help OOC by having access to the roster, as she seemed unable to manage on her own, but i did not use any information gained through discord in the IC matters. I believe perhaps Taliazure saw Betty's pursuit of her removal from her director position a sign of rogue activity, that i would need permission for? I don't think this is something i would require permission for as within my IC perspective, Betty wanted what was best for the clinic, seeing herself as more suitable to direct the clinic due to reasons stated above. And finally yes, i did stand behind a wall IC and try to listen in, the clinic is quiet and it would make sense to me that i would hear some of what is being said.
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: Wasn't aware I would be banned so didn't really gather any evidence. However, here are some screenshots of OOC conversations i had with the CMU director where i offered to help her and offered encouragement, as well as the part about "trying to find a loophole in the rogue auths".
