How long is the ban for?: I assume I am permanently banned from the Willard Networks discord server.
The reason you were banned?: I have learned that I am banned because I was a member of the "Willard Networks: After Hours" discord server. I think that and from what I have learned, the incident with several members in that server who interfered with a live streamer by the name of "DJ Gaming." (I honestly could not tell what was going on in the 49-minute video of the incident happening on YouTube. It did help me figure out how to submit an appeal in the right place, though.)
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
Look, I know my reputation, or I know that I can at least say that there were a few staff members not fond of me in the beginning when I first joined WN. I know even though I am not involved in this incident, nor have I interacted with anyone involved in the incident (I had messaged equinox today to learn why I was banned, and I reached out to someone familiar with being banned: Pawlu. He then directed me to message Atle, and now I am here.) I do not deserve to be banned for false reasons. I never have even had the chance to play on the actual in-game server. I do not believe I even have playtime on the server in-game. (If I do, It might have been less than an hour. I remember the new player quiz but I cannot recall if that was a screen share when it was first implemented.)
I enjoy WN, and I know many people there (and former members) have enjoyed my presence a few times. While I have not played in the actual server itself, I have interacted with the community. I used to be on upper management of a server that was merging with Origins RP, LORD-RAD-X, and I have spoken about this when I had an issue on the discord upon joining ages ago, and this interaction lead me to take interest in the community. I know more about HL2RP and the various servers than I'd ever like to, but I am not one of the malicious actors in this community. I have interacted with several of them in the past before I knew their notoriety that plagues the communities (outside of just HL2RP) today.
I enjoy keeping up with the nostalgia and meeting old players of servers long forgotten. Willard, good or bad, has a large gathering and is one of the few remaining well-known HL2RP communities out there. I've made several friends here and even had an opportunity for potential payment for a few skillsets of mine due to connections I've made on WN.
I understand why such drastic measures were taken in my (what I believe to be a) false ban (and several others, as Atle has stated to me that other people have already appealed). I, however, think there is a misunderstanding in the situation on who and who didn't do x y, or z.
I do realize Maroon | VICE-006 notified Merlinsclaw to tell everyone in AH that they have 2 days to leave the server or it will be a community ban. I however was not aware of this, I was never notified, and the announcement equinox posted on the server letting everyone know was not received (as I have it on permanent mute). I do not tolerate Dr. Pepper, I never have, nor will I ever. Do I poke fun at the people who are so quick to accuse me of being an alternate account of his, simply because I have the name "Soda"? Yes, I do. I realize I shouldn't. I apologize, but even those who are hypervigilant and are so quick on the draw to point the finger ultimately contribute to the problem. I, however, reiterate, did not contribute/do/encourage/acknowledge anything I was falsely banned for on the 19th. It took me until TODAY to figure out why I was banned, no message, etc. You could say If I were someone who wished to be in this community, I would have noticed right away, and the fact that I didn't shows that I am not someone who wishes to be unbanned.
I get busy, I've been busy. This is no ground for me to complain and go the "I'm busy" route, but even if I had no good reason to want to be unbanned there remains the fact: I was WRONGLY banned, I KNOW this is not how Willard operates, and I know their intentions were in good faith to stop any further damage. I however wish to point out that this punishment is the justice of a streamer (The story I've been told is that someone/madbluntz got DJ to be banned and then impersonated staff. I don't even know the story. He was falsely banned and then manipulated from what I was told, but I wasn't told much.) who was to my knowledge wrongly banned, has caused further people to be wrongly banned. I hope he enjoys his time on Willard if the story I was told is a genuine one. I am sorry that such a thing happened to him.
To the staff that has to deal with these appeals, and the people who comment on these appeals, I thank you for reading a long and drawn-out post from someone who you may or may not know. This entire situation is a headache, and coming from someone who used to manage and moderate HL2RP communities in the past I wish to express that I am sorry for the bullshittery (excuse my language) this has caused for all of those responsible for keeping this community safe and well maintained. I request that you set aside any prejudices, potential differences, "beef", or grudges we may have. Look at this appeal from your own perspective, forget what you know, and re-learn it. Find your own deductions and assumptions, while it is okay to correlate with your staff, your decision whether I should or shouldn't be unbanned does not have to align with your peers. I trust that the decision you make is what you believe to be the best for keeping Willard a safe and well-maintained community, and I respect that.

Honestly? Nothing I can name off the top of my head. I had just figured out today that WN was missing from my server browser in discord. If there is anything I can prove to show where I was or what I was doing on the 19th, feel free to ask and I will provide it to the best of my ability.
I know it will be immediately pointed out that in the WN:AH my nickname is "Oscar Cool". I know that Oscar Cool was a minge, and he was an avid user of the exploits associated with madbluntz. I chose this name because Oscar Cool used to moderate for the community I managed/"owned" with another owner. He would use his exploit to show us who else was using it, and would also let us know of the "Known Minge" display. I personally have had to ban Dr. Pepper from this same community that is long gone.
I was not present for any of this, as I will iterate for the nth time. I have not interacted with any of the members who executed the incident shown in the film during this time, nor have I interacted with them outside of that in a friendly, condoning manner. I have spoken up in WN:AH about the presence of these people and that they should be banned, and I was met with the threat that if I do not be quiet, this person would involve another Garry's Mod community and try to get me banned from there. I do not wish to bring them this trash, as they have dealt with drama long enough due to those involved.
I am on the AH server, I do not know what I could photograph on the server that would set myself and others apart from this incident. If there is something you would like to see, please let me know.
Furthermore, the video in question is filmed from the perspective of Char. According to Neonity, this is a Dr. Pepper alt. This means the 5:18 PM time seen at 0:15 takes place in the PDT timezone. The call had already been going for 21:42 minutes. During this time, my computer was off/idle and installing windows updates as I have automatic updates turned on. I am also not present anywhere the entire time the video is recorded. I know this is in the PDT timezone because the video ends around 6 PM, and then is sent to the AH discord at 7 PM PDT by Char. My system time is in the PDT timezone.
Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: (List the steam and/or character names of them or tag them)
I guess you could ask those involved in WN:AH, or DJ Gamer themselves. I do not have any witnesses here that I have personally interacted with during this time (as I was not even present at/aware of the situation) that could be used as an alibi.
