Bug: Some Items Can't Be Picked Up
Description: A few medical items can't be picked up. Don't know if it applies to other items.

@Fruity was looking into this. Seems only specific models having this and happens randomly while the server is running that they all break. Map restart doesn't even fix it

Fruity said he fixed a bunch of models (FAK, pills, bandages). Let us know if there are any more.
