I was not planning on making a warning appeal. I am a reasonable person. I am open to messaging the moderator, but I am blocked by them. I'm open to messaging them in game, but they refuse to give context and only tell me to appeal. I'm guessing in some bluff? Thinking that I'd be too lazy to do it. Well, fine. I'll appeal.

This staff member has repeatedly lost their cool with me. Being extremely unprofessional and pretty rude. I believe my warning should be removed because I never created throwaways to antagonize people without roleplay. Simple enough? I never went around minge shoving people, or starting fights without IRP justification, or screaming insults at people to get them to retaliate. There are three possible characters they are referring to. One being a character I made that ended up inside of the Nexus, with the intention of "Sneaking in". Pretty dumb, sure. But not antagonizing people. After they died, I created a character with the intentions of being a rebel. He made a friend, joined an official rebel group, and in the end was killed in a very long S2RP gunfight. Once he died, I made another character for the fun of it. He had a pretty quirky personality. Pretty slow, and really liked to climb. Not into the Nexus, instead just on walls etc. Made a pretty fun storyline with Civil Protection, as they eventually knew the guy by name. Astro perma killed this character on the spot after seeing me on a guard post, which is probably fair. My point, though, is that none of these characters were made to antagonize people. Especially not without roleplay. They were created to be a bit different from my regular roleplay styles for sure, but not throwaways. Definitely not the last two. At no point did they run at a CP with no regard for their life (In fact, I didn't even attack anyone at all!)

This leads me onto what really annoys me. My current character. Arguably, just as serious as my loyalist. This character has made friends, enemies. Been to the outlands and back, and generally just enjoying life. What annoys me, then, is that a week after the last of the three characters I mentioned before died, Astro was STILL treating me like a minge. This character, that had never antagonised anyone "without roleplay" and didn't do anything in particular wrong was suddenly ran on by a Rank Leader. Whilst I was talking to a CP, he hit me multiple times with his stuntick without ANY action or roleplay, and knocked me into unconscious. Simply said "Throw him in the incinerator" to the CP I was talking to, and walked away. Not long after, I was warned for antagonization without RP using a throwaway.

This was after an AP; this character was intended to be a blank slate. If I was going to be warned, he would've done it beforehand, for the three characters before. But he didn't. So therefore, Eliel MUST have done something wrong. So please, tell me. Please tell me what I did. Astro is the one who antagonised me without roleplay, knocking me down with a stunstick without an action. If I did that, I think I'd be banned for it. No?

Could it be argued that I deserved a warn for trying to sneak into the Nexus? I don't know. Probably. But I wasn't warned for using a throwaway. It was for antagonizing people. Being a nuisance. I'd like to see it justified.

I was asking you to appeal so that I would be able to respond in a timely, more elaborate manner. I could not engage with you in-game as I was IC myself, and I generally find debating over server PMs to produce the least amount of results. I have no ulterior motive, despite your beliefs.

I had warned you as I saw you running around, jumping ontop of stalls, and running up to cops in a restricted area only to run away without any roleplay. You did it to me as well. Might the language of the warning have been ambiguous, sure, but that doesn't dismiss the content of the warn itself. To add some context to any onlookers, this is following a spree of this player's attempts at sneaking into the nexus with throwaways.

I was the one to stunstick you then and there, without any roleplay. Given your lack of care when engaging in RP with other players, I did not believe you to reciprocate any roleplay I might've offered to another player. Therefore, I opted to get it done and over with ICly before I proceeded to do anything OOCly. I did the same when you first attempted to gain access into the nexus, and the second. Actually, after quickly scouring your logs, you've repeatedly attempted to gain access to the Nexus through various throwaways, one of which was a day old.

You were not asking me to appeal to respond in a timely manner. You blocked me on Discord, and ignored me in game after responding with a vaguely passive-aggressive message. I never wanted to debate you, I wanted to find out why you warned me. Something you completely refused to provide me in any context, except the (Admitted by yourself) ambiguous warn message

You warned me for running around and jumping on stalls? Running around yeah, but I have no clue how you have the audacity to claim running around makes me a minge. And, as I suspected, your entire defence is "Well, he tried to break into the Nexus, so". No, man. You literally no RP stun'd me, proceeded to get aggressive with me for zero justifiable cause, and overall act like some egotistical discord mod with a superiority complex. It is YOU, by your own definition, that has been engaging in "Antagonizing players without roleplay"

To try and say I don't have care when engaging with others is literally just really ignorant. My Loyalist character has been around for probably half a year at this point. He's been CMRU, OBP, CWU. He's made friendships, allies, enemies, etcetera. Frankly, I don't believe you. You didn't roleplay with me because you couldn't be bothered. If you checked my logs, then you'd know I ALWAYS engage in RP. Even when you would like to call me a minge and say I was using throwaways to break into the Nexus, I literally roleplay'd with every CP that came up to me. And multiple collaborators and even OTA. Not once did I pretend to AFK to avoid RP or anything like that.

You didn't think I was worth the effort of roleplaying with. What was even your reason for having me killed in RP? This is what annoys me. You so CLEARLY think you're above me. You don't even have to bother RPing with me, because I just don't matter. Right?

You should just admit when you've acted wrong, and it probably wouldn't even matter as much
