STABILISATION ORDER C24-1B
City Twenty-Four has endured harsh trials in recent days. Following the death of Administrator Arceneaux, rebel attacks on key supply lines have dealt heavy blows to the civil economy, causing sharp price surges and pushing commerce to the brink of collapse.
As preparations continue for the forced relocations under Stabilization Order C24-1A to strengthen the eastern reclamation effort, new emergency measures are now being enacted to support the civic sector and maintain essential functions while the broader recovery plan advances.
TO: C24-A/ADMINISTRATION/HIGH COMMAND/GARRISON
The Regency hereby issues Stabilization Order C24-1B, now set to take effect across our city.
This directive is considered vital to the restoration of our civic sector and restore housing enforcement within City 24. All available assets are to be mobilized immediately for the planning, execution, and enforcement of this order.
The Regency expects full compliance and operational readiness from all divisions. City Seventeen is watching, and we must now make a push to restore our glorious march to absolute restoration.
1. | The Ministry of Commerce is authorized to allocate 50,000 to 70,000 credits from the City Fund to subsidize and stimulate growth within the commercial sector. These funds are to be directed toward price alleviation efforts. The Ministry is also tasked to maintain price stability once the subsidies are exhausted. |
2. | The Genevan Guard is ordered to advance northward, reinforcing sector operations to secure supply routes and reclaim territory lost to resistance elements. Furthermore they are instructed to assist with the Stabilisation Order 1A relocation efforts. |
3. | The Ministry of Enlightenment is instructed to amplify the successes of the eastern reclamation campaign, ensuring the citizenry remains focused on the positive advancements within both the economy and the restoration of our city's former glory. |
4. | Finally, Civil Protection High Command is instructed to enforce civic housing measures. We cannot allow citizens to be left without apartments, order and integrity must be enforced. High Command is granted full authority to implement these efforts as they see fit to preserve urban stability. |
5. | Collaborators who fail to acquire an apartment are now subject to lose their status as party members and eligibility for the upcoming Security Council. Collaborators must set a good example for society, and they must do so by presenting a stable and healthy way of living. |
6. | The Civil Workers' Union is hereby instructed to initiate contact with City Thirteen's CWU representatives and negotiate a favorable agreement for the supply of raw materials essential to the eastern reconstruction efforts. Funds will be allocated for the successful deal. |
SUMMARY
- Shop prices will be temp lowered closer to normal prices while subsidies run (they will run out).
- Geneven Guard joins in expeditions to support supply lines and eastern reclamation efforts.
- MOE instructed to make more pro-east effort propaganda.
- Stricter housing enforcement, CP High Command can implement it hower they see fit.
