How long is the ban for?: 30 days
The reason you were banned?: Item transfer using a Civil Protection character
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I was not provided the chance to explain myself before the ban was given. Yes, I have indeed transferred items from said container between the stash I had and my CP. This was because I had gained permission from Maroon after my application was accepted. Because of this fact, KING-9 had IC knowledge of the stash and the items within. As for the third character, I was planning on having my donator containers moved into the base I moved in with on my rebel character after clearing out the contents inside. This was due to me believing that donator containers were transferable between characters, considering you had to pay for said containers. Afterwards I was told this was not the case however, and that these purchased containers are not transferable.

I realize that this was wrongful conduct on my end, I would like to let whoever is reading this that I never intended to break these rules and that I was merely misinformed on the rules. I hope that you're willing to consider my appeal.

@Sachimii is the only one I can think of right now as they were present when the ban occurred. Besides that Maroon perhaps since he gave me the permission to have my character be swapped to CP.

When was the instance of you thinking you could change ownership of your donator container?
 
I'm not entirely sure, this was after the i17 event when i made my rebel character. I asked rabithunter about it while I was beginning to clean out my container I believe
 
Right- my concern is that there's a log of you accessing it with another character once, which would fit into your story of having made a mistake with it. But that doesn't explain another log nearly a month apart of you then accessing the same container with another character. Is there anything else you'd like to bring up?
 
If this is on the character that I believe it's on then it was either to put the stuff back into it that I had taken out after being told they were not transferable. If you could let me know which character that was it might be more clear to me as to what happened.
 
It's impossible for this to be the case. You last interacted with the Makarov on KING-9 on the 7th of June. You then interacted with it on another character on the 23rd of June. And then with an entirely different character, interacted with it on the 17th of July. There is obviously a large gap between these dates, which rules out the one instance of you being told that it is not transferable.
 
Then I do not remember what the specific reasoning was for accessing that weapon. All I can say is that it might've been on an event char when I was trying to get rid of those weapons since I didn't plan on using the container anymore and have them be re-used that way. But that's just speculation at this point. Like I said, it was an honest dumb mistake and one I won't make again. All I ask is that you give me a chance to redeem myself, should you be willing
 
I also have logs of you with another weapon. You put it into the container on Cody Stanford on May 26th. You then went to it on June 23rd, took it out, and put it back in. You came back to it on July 24th, and continued to keep on making use of it through the full day up to the 25th. This also rules out the one time instance of being told you couldn't use it.
 
That was after Cody's transfer into CP though, so was that interaction with the weapon on KING-9 or another character?
 
Understandable, in that case I do not know what reasoning I had for interacting with the container on that character. Only thing I can say is that it was an honest to God mistake on my part and something I should not have done.
 
One moment, i got my chat with Rabit where I asked him if containers are character interchangable, which was on the 24th last month

I believe this explains why I was on that container all day as I was actively moving stuff around for the move into the other base before being told I couldn't
 
This still proves that you had made use of that pipe revolver even after being told to not make use of it- and that you had been using that container to access items from Cody Stanford on a different character anyways prior to even having asked- over a month before, in fact.

After discussion between myself and Memesky, we've decided to deny this appeal, due to your explanations not lining up with the evidence that we have. As you likely noticed, I have withheld the logs from you until this point to prevent you from knowing exactly what information we had, to see how your explanation lined up with the evidence. In the interests of transparency, I'll now post the logs.
