Starboard should be removed or be manual.

I made a previous thread about how the starboard has been plagued by people attempting to starboard bait, and this is unfortunately still an issue today in Willard. Each day, you see many people and specifically Civil Protection players attempting to starboard bait. Each day, you see Civil Protection making outrageous remarks that they wouldn't say. On C24 V4, during a vote, I quite literally saw someone screaming at a guy, saying: "It's because he's a jew!". This can be seen as a funny remark, and to some it is but my main problem with it? Complete starboard bait. The starboard should be removed completely, and sure it's as if picking off all the apples because of a singular bad apple, if that's even a saying but it has provided nothing, and not a lot of stuff there is funny. It's just horny shit, racist shit or starboard shit. That, or have several people managing the starboard to insert things manually.
