1. The Civil Workers Union Employee's & Laborer's shall receive a better payment in repairing Damaged Infrastructure. During this crises
Instead of just giving them Basic Coupons, would they receive Medium Coupons. This would of course boost the Moral & Economy for a short of time.
2. The Civil Medical Union Shall receive more Emergency Medical Supply's, these shall be used for Civil Protection Officer and High Tier Loyalist in Critical condition's
