Why do you have to read it? Would it affect you in any way if implemented? No. So why are you arguing against it? Is basic addition really that hard for you, that even when it's something you have nothing to do with your brain hurts?
 
It would be cool if certain kinds of businesses that provide services that may be less popular as IC locations but still serve as points of world building were given some in-universe tax deduction by The Combine

That's pretty much what this suggestion does
 
Based on the response the CWU lead has provided, I am going to go ahead and deny this for now. Like Pineapple said any changes to rent that need to happen because of money issues can be fixed in-game with the simple change of some values on a PDA and there is not yet any need to change anything nor add math systems in at this time when the system itself stands untested.
