Fixed stunstick someone makes them unable to exit TBC

during the TBC test event a unit was dicking around and stunsticked a lot of people, knocking them out. when they woke up, shift+f3 no longer worked.

Stunstick usage in TBC has already been banned AFAIK.
It's just not fun to have some random CP run up to you with a stunstick and one-hit down you.

Yes.

I was the notorious minge who ran around with my self-applied CP WL, and stunsticked everyone during tbc.
In all seriousness, that is something you'll NEVER see on the main server or actual TBC Experience itself. You won't see a member of Civil Protection, charging everyone and stunsticking them during TBC, whilst spamming <:: 6 9 6 9 Haha. ::> or <:: 19 80 4 ::>. And if that does happen, you won't see them again. It's outlawed, and it'll get you hanged in the center of town for doing that during REAL combat.
