The title says it all, since suggestions are not open, here is my idea:

Adding new forms of items, commodities, etc., on the selling option of the Black Market Dealer, is great for roleplay — it’s low-risk from a gameplay facilitation perspective and high value for story, rebel economy, and character depth.

To give you a couple examples:

- Alcohols: Old world alcohols (nothing synthetic) can be sold on the black market for a moderate amount of chips. Each alcohol sold in the BMD gives him a limited stock of alcohol in case another player wants to buy some for RP purposes or just to get drunk.

- Rations: Expanding on the idea of consumables, the inclusion of selling and buying various types of rations would enhance the black market's appeal. BMD could offer lower tiers of ration options (Underclass and Normal Ration) by default, but other types of rations would only be purchasable if a player sold them beforehand, with the same limitations of a maximum stock in case of a player selling an absurd amount of rations for a considerable amount of Chips.

- CIDs: Give BMD the option to buy players' CIDs for a fixed price of Chips, incredible for Bandit RP, Scavenger RP, a simple reward for finding the loot of a dead guy and wanting to make a profit or the last step before going to the City with no intention to return and more than willing to go down in flames and glory.

What do you guys think ?

You can go to a bar and buy alcohol, you can buy a ration off a civi, or sell the CiD you find off a dead guy in person or buy one off a citizen. Rebel RP already has little interaction with the citizen faction, it doesn’t need even less.

CIDS are sort of iffy, you can just buy a CID maker and offer your services.

rations are a god idea

alcohol could also, be a good idea

As said above, rebels already exist with 100% independence from the city. This is not how its supposed to be and is, in fact, a problem.

This just solidifies that further. The ration part is especially crazy in that consideration.

They need more reasons to go to the city. Not less.

Are we talking about actual BMDs or do you mean the smuggler NPCs?
