Open the outlands on the day that wins the poll.
Why is this useful? Well, it will make rebels know they can do stuff that day and have somewhere to escape to, in case anything happens since as of now, you don't have anywhere to hide after doing something, and if you want to get into the outlands you first have to make a ticket, wait, and after a few minutes (or maybe more than 10) get a response that may even be that you are fucked and will die to cp instead of escaping.
I believe if outlands were opened in a single day, that would get rebels to do more stuff.
