Also why are so many new people joining suddenly? It's great to see.
 
Good to see another person from the hell hole that is impulse, now this is just my opinion I wouldn't stick around there, I've seen many who were from apex who then when Impulse was still being made flocked to Requiem Gaming which was how I discovered HL2RP and after it died went back to impulse, some stayed, some left for good and others hated it and so I've seen many branch out into serious RP. But hey, what do I know?

I doubt i can stay on Impulse for too long, its full of bullshit that makes no sense, primarily being a rebel can 1v1 an OTA and win

I now know what you are talking about. I got banned for 2 days cuz I went through a vent while a CP was telling me to get on a wall without his gun raised. He shot me whilst going into the vent but I got shot so it counts as fear RP. Fuck impulse.

I fucking hate the people that play CP on the server, they're the type that can't get whitelisted on serious servers so they play on impulse and spam the same 4-5 voice lines over and over and call themselves "roleplayers", then when they get questioned about it they'll say something along the lines of "But we're dystopian cops" using that as an excuse, never developing any kind of character whatsoever they only characteristic is shooting civvies who won't "isolate". Which had actually happened to me and a group while we were just chatting about something some CP told us to fuck off and ended up shooting us because social interaction is a Serious RP thing.

The only real problem: not functional/gameplay focused enough. A good experience is too reliant on OOC cooperation and an impossible-to-enforce Honor code. Players have a lot of freedom, but they still have to navigate a long ruleset and unwritten meta and acquiesce in disputes with people. Moderation standards that might be typical to a multiplayer online RPG.
