Fixed Supporters only get +2 characters, not +3 as advertised in shop

[EBoost]

1. Bug: Supporters only get +2 characters, not +3 as advertised in shop
2. Description: I recently bought supporter. I had the max amount of characters before I bought it. I got supporter, then noticed I could only make an extra two characters even though I thought it says I could get an extra three in the shop.
3. Errors/time: N/A
4. Images/recording (optional): N/A

Likely a config mistake, will check later in-game.

Should be getting 10 characters as a premium subscriber instead of the standard 6. How many characters is the limit you are running into?

[EBoost]

I can actually only create 7 characters, not 10
Here are all my characters

And then I get this error when trying to create a new character

[Gr4Ss]

Ok, thanks for the screenshots. I'll check, might be some default helix limit

@Gr4Ss @Aspect™ This bug is still a thing, and somehow it has gotten worse(?)
I deleted one of my 7 characters as I wanted to replace my headcrab with a poison headcrab and I can not make the character as it says now that 6 is the max amount of characters I can make.
If you can please fix this as this is stopping me from making any headcrab characters. max character limit like you said should be 10 for donators, it is not.

With the server reinstall the permissions likely weren't fixed for this yet. @Community Manager comm can you grant the premium user group the extra characters permission?

Fixed should be fine now @EBoost
