Why do you wish to be unbanned?:

I want to preface this appeal by apologising by saying that I'm truly sorry for what I did and in retrospect it was a big lapse of judgement on my part, and whilst I agree that a ban was justified & well deserved, I think that a permaban is too harsh of a punishment. I really enjoy playing on the server and I thought this would be the appropriate time to appeal since it has already been a month since my I received my ban.

Although I was indeed in the broadcast room, the reason why I was inside is because I was let in by a CCA member because we were hunting down the person inside the nexus trying to kill the administrator. Also to clarify; it was not in the RDC room but rather in the nexus offices with the broadcast buttons.

At some point while we were in there, the door locked and I was left inside the broadcast room meaning I couldn't get out because I can't open the doors. I asked him to come back to get me out but I don't think I ever got a response, and not soon after he logged off. I must have been trapped in there for a good 30-60 minutes before I started doing all sorts of animations and fallovers to try get out but nothing worked. I then got the idea that it would be funny to press the broadcast button and switch characters. The server was almost empty and I didn't intend to be annoying or that anybody would care about it. I did this maybe 3 or 4 times before stopping, and subsequently around 20 minutes later I get banned.

And one more thing, while I appreciate your kindness, in the case I am not going to get unbanned or have my ban reduced, which is not up to me but I would like to get my whole thing looked through and would like to ask if there is ever a chance that I could get unbanned or have my ban reduced.

There weren't any admins on. Sorry I don't know what you mean by your second question.

Second question was part of the first one. Anyway, why did you come with this after a month. It seems like you think the ban is "unjustified". Looking at your explanation there wouldn't even need to be a ban, correct?

I’m just going to give a hard NO on this one. You glitched into several rooms, including the nexus and RDC and spammed the broadcasts. You had full intent to exploit as can be shown with the SEVERAL PAGES of logs detailing your abuse of the /charfallover command.

If you were really stuck, you should have called staff for help via discord. But oh wait- Isn’t it convenient that as soon as you noticed I joined the server you just happened to leave, while still inside the broadcast room? Awfully convenient.

I believe only part of the ban is true. Specifically the part where I was pressing the buttons to do a map-wide announcement and switching characters. I would say this part is justified; I would definitely say there would have been better ways for me to handle this situation, hence the reason why I decided to wait a month before applying.

However I also wanted to come forward with the fact that I never had any malicious intent or glitched into the nexus.

The 'I was stuck' part doesn't really hold up, considering the logs Neo posted. You *saw* that a staff member was on, but rather than ask them for help you... disconnected?

Of course, I got scared because I didn't want to be banned for being in the room and having staff think that I glitched in. Which is what happened anyway. But you can check my position in the logs so you can see it's true.

What you said in your original post is quite contradictory to what you did in-game. Ergo, I personally don't buy the fact that you were stuck, on account of you leaving as soon as an admin arrived. In fact, you were actively checking if there were any staff on, and disconnected right after you found this to be true.

Denied. Try again in a month. And be more honest.
