The ability to convert several syringes with no downside or effect whatsoever. I tested this on the main server.



You are able to utilise the syringe and convert it into a blood syringe with no side-effect whatsoever.

I tested to see if there was any downside to converting everything into a blood syringe. As shown here there isn't.




The end result, one hundred litres of blood extracted, 10 mummified corpses. Research upswing.


A syringe converted is a crafting material used in 'high quality' medical scripts.

Ideally this should only be used when facing another player, and taking away some of their health as a side-effect of the syringe.
