Why are you reporting this player?:
During low-pop time, I was afking in the base, waiting for the server to be alive. Suddenly, when I checked my inventory, it was gone, empty, and stolen. I was confused. I thought it was a bug until I found Larry Leckman dead near the exit with his loot on the ground. I was making my report until the rule breakers came back again, apparently raiding two times, this time asking me to go stand against the wall. I told them that they are breaking the rules and tried to explain to them until they pk'ed me without roleplaying.

So first, let's start with the crime check. The time was 10-12 am in GMT+2 when this happened, and the player count was 8-10 players in the game. Clearly, they were trying to raid high-tier kits players before leaving to avoid the staff.
(Either they are minges to just alter accounts)
I do not know about the staff stuff, but I am pretty sure that you can confirm by checking the physical description below. Rabithunter, also known as superadmin, has confirmed this by checking the logs I talked with him/her.
Thanks to Garratz. I now know that they must inform staff before raiding, which they did not.
Now I will explain how they raided twice:
Unfortunately, my clip didnt catch them stealing my loot, but I have only these pictures
As you can see that my levels are full, which means that I was robbed during AFK. I believed that this was 10 am or 11 am, and 1-2 hours later, they came back.

No roleplay just straigth up: Told me to go to wall and this other dude with heavy kevlar kevlar killed me
Larry Leckman, also known as a rogue CWU, was dead here. He was pk'ed, and his loot was stolen
I also took a picture of those names before they left
