Why do you wish to have the warning removed?:
I want my warn remove because i believe this is unfair. I was running low on hunger and when i wanted to head back to the safehouse to refill my hunger i noticed the ladder gone, this is a daily issue and because of this i had to use @ every day just to fix it. The problem is that i had too wait long and i don't want to starve to death so i used the PET flag to prop blimc all the way up on top of the AC. I thought this wasn't a problem because it was during low-mid pop time and no one was around when i checked. The staff where near me before taking the ticket but they didn't even remind me that they are here.

And to that staff who said i had 7 months to improve i did, i actually improved.

Hi @talbnew400,

I asked Tea to take a look at the ticket since ladders typically don't up and disappear, as I was offering to Tea that i can help check the logs in case They were purposefully removed. During my search, I saw in our chats that you had blatantly Prop Climbed up to your base. I understand you may of been low on hunger, a lot of players are.
But it doesn't allow you to abuse flags given, especially with a reasoning of it being "low-mid population" This is not the excuse I would expect from any player, new or older, such as yourself.

As for comments on your improvement, I had not made those, but I can understand the sentiment being stated, We are all aware that your actions as a player have been less than ideal during the late stages of V2, But I also don't believe calling you out on them was the move. But I'm sure you can understand why it was made, albeit not exactly what should of been said.

I really hope you do understand what you did was wrong here, but the warn you've been given is as cut and dry as an overcooked chicken.

In future, I hope you take a few moments to realise what you are doing is either unfair, or abuse of things given.

We hold the same standard to all players, including GMs and Staff.

I understand that you do not want to see some oocly going on in a serious RP server but theres no players around during that time, I didn't break anyone's immersion and if i did then i'm sorry. And also i took some time thinking on this before doing it, i didn't expect to go like this

That Is still not a valid excuse. It wouldn't matter if 0 or 100 people were watching you, the point of being provided flags is for the benefit of assisting you in situations where props are beneficial in roleplay, not in an OOC capacity to reach areas, You need to wait for a resolve, and if one is not made, reach out again if it is urgent.

Hello Talbnew, thank you for making an appeal on your warning. I took a look into your logs and read through your appeal reasoning above.

You said above that the ladder leading to your apartment had gone missing and you made a ticket to that effect asking for it to be replaced. Whilst I understand that the ticket had not been responded to, you should not be using PET flags to your own advantage and wait for an admin or GM to respond to you. Prop climbing and or surfing is generally considered abuse and breaking the rules in most RP servers on Gmod, especially so in our community where we try to keep a serious roleplay atmosphere at all times.

I understand that it can be frustrating when waiting on staff to answer tickets, though I urge you and others to come to those in management or other admins, if you find yourself waiting for an answer for too long, rather than taking matters into your own hands.

With that being said I am denying this appeal and the warning will remain. Your pet flags may also be removed permanently, though I will inform you directly if this decision is made.
