These last few weeks on the server have been really, really disappointing. Players have voiced their concerns about what is happening and I will not get into why I and others are upset because admins already know why. But what matters is my reasons. Yes, I have been "TOXIC!!!!" these past two weeks.
But why should I be banned in the first place? Toxic and offending people is not against the rules.
Admins themselves have done this to me, how is it fair that I get banned for 3 months for biting back at the BS we have faced, and admins can continue to do it to us without repercussions but I get banned for 3 months?

@Atle Posted a reply in an admin complaint, that the thread was locked showing that he even says that we come from a range of people, and things are going to get offensive at times. I am trying to find the thread, as it is extremely relevant to this ban appeal but it seems to be hidden or locked.

In the same complaint thread, admins where calling the player a retard and names, and admins seemed to be fine with it. Why? Because it is allowed here, as @Atle said

Why should I be singled out and not be allowed to be a bit spicy?

I would post more screenshots of admins saying TOXIC things to players, but the thread I was talking about with Atle and another admin (Who I think was @NEYO ) shows that what I did is not only allowed as what Atle said, but admins do it themselves as seen here, and that thread

These are not the only bits of evidence to back up my point, @ghostuspokus called me a plant ERPer yesterday in OOC causing un-needed drama in toxcicity, and admins have done that a lot to me in the past after that drama still poking at me in public about it.

And I really would not have acted this way if it was not for Atle's statement on what is okay in the community, I would have been silent and less "TOXIC!" if it was not allowed in the rules, as I follow the rules to the heart.


I'm not playing the victim card here. I am fine with this kind of stuff being said to me. I am a trans-man myself and know toxic people and have faced more toxicity than you can imagine. The point is, I am being banned when this kind of stuff, by precedent, and what the Community Leader have said, is allowed and tolerated. If it was not tolerated I'd abide by the rules just as I have been

In closing note, I would like this ban fully removed. If you want change of how people talk top each other, then maybe staff can lay some lines on what is and is not allowed and have guidelines and follow them as well.

I'm going to skip the basics and get right into the meat as to why you were banned for 3 months, but I want to address something first.

This is has to be the biggest teller about your behaviour. "Toxicity and Offending people is not against the rules." and "Yes I have been toxic." Lest you forget, I'll point you toward Rules & Guidelines.


This is the first rule. It encompasses everything about your behaviour and the reason for your ban. Clearly you haven't bothered to read the guidelines anyway, so I'm putting it here as an example to your own ignorance and as a way for you to read it properly. We do not have to write down a gigantic, overabundant list to outline everything a player should not be doing, because there are some things we consider to be a given. We expect players within Willard to remain respectful and honest with each other.

Anywhoo, let's get into your logs.




We have a rule against erotic bait at Willard. It's as simple as that. I'm of the opinion that it's okay to mention something like this if there's actual context to it (IE: You've been shot through one of your breasts or failing to maneuver in some instances) however, there's a limit. This is way too often, on way too many characters. It's getting silly and yes, it is starting to gravely annoy not just other players who are playing alongside you but also staff who have to deal with every complaint that comes through. This 3 Month ban is the worked up result of all of that.



Here too, in our bans. You've easily surpassed number 1 with flying colours, as I've even seen you myself targeting and throwing stones at anyone who seems to be involved in something you dislike. If I had to make an educated guess between 60-80% of your insults have been documented or commented upon at some point by staff. We don't get this kind of behaviour from groups of people, so for it to come from one person is honestly shocking. With the amount of bait you've been putting out (see above), I'm also scratching 5 off this list too, as we've told you multiple times to cut it out. You fit two of the 5 categories for a 1+ Month ban.

All in all, Staff is just sick of your shit. I can't really put that into more professional wording. As typical, you're free to reply with a response with anything else you feel is unjust. However, I will jot down a few details for you:-

• - Saying the first thing a male character notices is a woman's breasts is not a fair response to any of these actions.
• - You can't argue the context I put forward in protest of your ERP charges, I've read through the additional logs surrounding these suggestive /me's and there was never anything to indicate that something was happening to your chest area which means it comes from you directly.
• - A larger chest is a natural thing sometimes, but there is a time and a place for those things to crop up and it is not Willard.

As for Goose's words, he should not be involved in any part of this situation due to his bias. I agree with you there, and I will be speaking to him after this post in order to get him to drop the act. He is not staff and should not be poking his head into matters unless he was directly involved in related to that thread in question (As per our rules.)

I've never done any ERP, and have never been told what I did with Daphne was wrong. That was month(s) ago, and you are bringing it here when it has nothing to do with my ban. You can try to change the situation and make it look like I'm the bad guy by bringing up things from a month that have nothing to do with the ban, but that will not work for this thread as thats not what its about. Even in the rules, it says warn the player to stop first with ERP. Thankfully I never did any ERP and was never warned, so your point is moot.


Lets get on to the actual reason to why I was banned, and you actually never addressed it. You can read my evidence above again showing what I did was not in any form discrimination, not did I break rule 1. You can even read the ruleset and see I never did any of the following

1. Insulting another player through /pm;
2. Spamming;
3. Disregarding an administrator's decision;
4. Leaving the server intentionally to avoid roleplay or consequences of any kind;
5. Taking advantage of an OOC issue to give yourself an advantage in an IC situation (initiating a shootout when a player involved crashed, waiting for someone to type to get an IC advantage);
6. AFK during roleplay situation;
7. Leaving the game just after an active situation, it is best to wait 30 minutes as people might be actively looking for your character.
   1. You may not switch characters either.
8. Cheating or exploiting to gain an advantage of any type.
9. Creating throwaway characters in order to cause trouble.
10. Transferring items between characters
11. Use of LOOC mid-RP to stall or complain.

Was I fiery at times in OOC and discord? Sure, but even @Atle has said that being offensive at times is expected from this community. Admins have literally called players retards to their faces and Atle said that was okay. I have all the evidence in this thread pointing out the fact that what I did follows what the community says is okay.
