Implemented Teleport Points

Basically, the ability for Admins + to setup "teleport" points, like a door you can click E on and teleport to another location, or a general area that if you walk into, you get teleported elsewhere.

It would help with events in admin box and/or general events planning if we can mass teleport people outside of CP's / OTA.

Imagine you could turn a prop into one of those interactable teleporters. You’d place down an APC in the Nexus courtyard and CPs could press E on it to “drive” to the event in the admin box. I’m on-board with this. Seems like it would be an incredibly useful thing to have.

Hey Swagile,

A custom made plugin for this was now made by one of our new developers, so it's in acceptance testing on the dev server and should hopefully get to experience it soon on the main server.
