The reason you were banned?: Metagaming to my rebel group on the rebel discord.
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I want to be unbanned to take part in the republican guard mission to city 24 I was invited to participate by the french staff and unfortunately me being banned currently is the only thing stopping me from participating and I'd like to request that given the ban was atleast a year ago I could be given leniency atleast until the operation so to speak ends and then my ban would be reinstated? Furthermore I'll likely only be playing one character due to the nature of things and what not. Anyway I was told via the French team that I should write this appeal as significant time had passed and it would likely be a good idea. For everyone's sake I don't want to draw this out too much and keep things short and sweet I hope you'll consider the temporary unban.

Hello, I'll make this quick as I don't have much time at the moment.

I don't know what CaptainSneed did exactly on the main server before being banned on multiple occasions. I'm not going to say that he didn't do these things in the past, that is not my role. What I'm here to confirm you, is that he probably changed a lot since. From what I understood his ban was almost a year ago. For metagaming if I remember correctly what I was told. And to be honest with you, me @guilgouille and @Norrice we can confidently say that since our server open a few weeks back, there has been nothing but positives things to say about his behavior and RP. Even though he isn't a native French speaker, he as proven himself to be determined to show us and perhaps your staff team too that he changed. Perhaps for the better from what I can see.

This appeal for his temporary unban was proposed to him by me and the other French staff. As he as acted in a way that shows he isn't a bad Roleplayer, person and player on our server. Perhaps some of you had problems with him, but I'll tell you one thing. There was not a single problem caused by Imperial on our server. Perhaps this temporary ban appeal if accepted, will show you that he changed, perhaps as said earlier, for the better.

Hey Sneed, again we've discussed your ban and the possibility for a temporary unban but we've chosen to deny this. The reason being is that your current permanent ban is non-appealable unless there is new evidence or circumstances change as per the appeal rules.

I do understand that you know this, and the point is to be unbanned temporarily for the event but the rules still stand and we've repeatedly come to the conclusion that all your bans were warranted and we don't want you to make a return to the main server. It's good that you're enjoying the French server and actively partaking in it, but it isn't reason enough to unban you, even temporarily, to make the event.
