Well, Rick Ketterson has interacted with a majority of conscripts and Outland duty Civil Protection: It would be a pain to try and find certain people who interacted with him and just not be interested in joining, with this application method, which is pretty much a 100% acceptance rate, we are able to get your discord name so we can directly ping you when the hearing starts.
