Bug Text above peoples head sometimes does not go away

I have messed with the length of the text, everything, turned it on and off again. It still sometimes does not go away
Example here. He said this like five minutes ago and it still is not going away

It goees away for a second when I am right next to them but when I walk away it just permanently is over their head

It's to do with the radius of the text disappearing, it seems there isn't a programmed thing to do after the distance of it fading has been reached and so just comes back to full visibility.
