TFA Silent Gunshots

As I were playing on the server I noticed some individuals have a problem with the sound effect of the weapon. Causing the gunshot to be suppressed. I wanted to ask the community if someone found a fix to the problem or it is only me before I make a suggestion to fix that problem.

There's a thread currently in the bug section made by HOKI regarding the same problem
But yes, any potential fixes are welcome
