Going to move this to Denied for now.
Custom naming is something that will most likely never come to scripts as that can cause a lot of pain of trying to save those names to the exact weapon ID and making sure the name is deleted when the item finally disappears. We may be able to add other customization options to weapons but naming won't be able to be one of them given the resourcing.
