For too long has City 24 been bogged down by intellectual failure and illiteracy! For too long have the common man taken no interests in the goals of his Union, this must change! Soon, we shall come from the gripping malevolence of the night, and forge a new, intellectual future! The sun of total intellectual victory shall rise! EVERY Citizen must do their part, as intellectualism is for the strong!

Spearheaded by Jackson Burr, Mallory Bloke, and the Chen-Ning administration, and with approval of the CFO, the insignificant mouthpiece, Jackson Burr, becomes a man of somewhat importance. And now, every citizen has a chance to join the intellectual class, or at least the illusion of it. The plans of which the intellectual's has formulated, will mean the production of literature, the printing of books, the endless assembly of classes, and rewards, rewards, rewards.

The Features
The effort to push classes and lectures upon the citizenry will start once more. The devious methods of how the union twists and turns the truth in their own benefit, picking and choosing as they please. Classes will be pre-scheduled, with an established curriculum based on their core values: loyalty, ascensionism, and tranhumanism. With these beliefs, they think, will bring a total intellectual victory for the union over the resistance.
There will be 10 core classes in total, accessible to every citizen. These ten classes cover all six iterations of the Human History Revision, while one class covers union beliefs, one covers the history of City 24, one covers the reviewing of loyalist biographies, and the final class being that of an analysis of Shrivascasts.
The main course of this program is the production of literature, that being the human history revision booklets pioneered by Jackson Burr.
The second level of this program is reserved for those of actual loyalist standing (T3+.) Loyalist principles, poetry, and the promotion of the union's "beliefs." Of course, do not forget religious deconstruction. Intense spells of reading will be promoted, with the rewards for completing the assignments given by the professors, high.
Classes and Literature
For the benefit of the citizen, all present and future classes will always be planned and announced in advance. There is a reward for the people who complete all the classes in total, both the foundational classes and advanced ones, this reward is said to be in the hundreds of credits, tens of social credits, and an official "diploma" of learnedness.
Book distribution will occur during the designated classes, at the I24 Public Library during designated sessions, and will be available to CCDE and SECON members. (Only during SECON meetings for SECON members.)
