Section 1

Funds provided by the Ministry of Commerce will be used to give payment to those within the Council.

Section 2

Social credits will be handed out to those involved in the decisions and discussion within the Council

Section 3

Those who propose legislation and show activity shall be rewarded higher in reference to Section 1 and Section 2.

Section 4

The terms of payment shall be decided by the ARBITRATOR and voted on by majority.
