its main purpose is to supress enemy combatants with its pulse minigun and let other ota to flank the enemy

combine suppressor used to exist on the server but it was removed when light machine guns were removed

it may come back eventually along with the charger but it does not exist right now

It did indeed exist at one point, along with the Charger.
Perhaps with time, it can and will come back - I hold some faith it can, perhaps with better models.
