A summary of the group: A gang of vigilantes that use strength and intimidation to enforce their own laws and rules on the population. Some members of the group might actually want to establish order while other members might only use a position in the group to hold power over other citizens. Even though the group was created with the goal of fighting crime, in reality, it is no better than the gangs it condemns.
What equipment do members of the group have? Each member of the group is equipped with a blue baseball cap as well as a baseball bat. Given the fact that baseball bats arent that common of a weapon in city 51, the weapon would also serve as a sort of uniform for the members of the gang.
What ranking system does the group have?
The Coach - The leader of the group
The Umpire - The quartermaster and security leader for the group.
Hitters - The guard and soldiers in the group, while each member is equipped with a bat, the Hitters are equipped with better equipment, like armor.
Runners - Scouts and spies for the group, they also gather supplies for the group.
Pitchers - Engineers, crafters, and traders for the group, they are only authorized to trade to those that follow the group's laws.
Catchers - Doctors and chemists for the group, they can offer medical aid to those in need, even to people that aren't in the group.
Rules:
1: Batters are only allowed to use blunt weapons.
2: Batters of any position are authorized to perform peacekeeping duties.
3: Batters must stay in uniform while performing their duties, meaning they must wear a Blue baseball cap and have a blunt weapon equipped, Batters are free to wear any other clothing or armor as long as the cap and weapon are worn.
4: Batters are only allowed to use lethal force in emergencies, such as firefights, though members are encouraged to only use it as a last resort.
5: Batters are obligated to stabilize hostile combatants after combat has ended, only life-threatening wounds must be treated, and lesser wounds can be ignored.
6: Executing any unarmed or defenseless is banned, should an execution be required, the victim must be given a fighting chance.
7: Showing mercy is a virtue, should an enemy spare the life of a Batter, they are to be pardoned for their previous crimes.

Making a char auth on this page isn't required, but it is highly recommended as an accepted char auth would allow you to start with better equipment
Some people might join the Batters to actually fight crime and make Beijing better, other people might join just to beat the shit out of people.
