The Black Band a deranged warlord gang formed from mutineered Civil Protection officers who abandoned all command structure and law. Under Harlan “The Black Crow”, infamous as the Butcher of Outpost Nine, they rule through terror, ritualized brutality, and extortion, styling themselves as sovereign enforcers rather than bandits. Harlan’s lieutenants, Cormac, Roy and Wagner, acted as his executioners until both Cormac and Wagner were killed by Emiyo and Michael Yards, a blow that fractured the gang’s authority.


Upon witnessing the state of destruction and the findings of the remains of Cormac and Wagner, Harlan launched a fanatical search for Roy. Striving forth, this band of mitfits ultimately met the killer of Cormac and Wagner, applauding his ability to kill; as he claimed "Cormac and Wagner was weak"; ultimately giving the group a demand.

Hand over Roy-....
